The studios are equipped with double beds, and convertible sofas for the 3rd person. The apartments for up to 4 persons each have separate bedrooms with double beds, as well as large convertible sofas in the living rooms.
In every dwelling unit there is a satellite color TV set and an individual air conditioning unit which can be switched to heating mode during chilly springtime and autumn nights.

In the separate bathrooms there are either bath tubs with shower heads or showers, as well as hair dryers and WCs.
Rooms are cleaned daily. Sheets and towels will be prepared in accordance with the guests' needs.
There are also direct dial phones, safe deposit boxes, and baby cots available against a fee.
